Distractions: A membership gym can present several distractions, such as socializing, which can interfere with your training routines.

Lack of Freedom: Membership gyms, being public places, have rules and regulations that limit what you can do. There are also training schedules that must be adhered to.

Hygiene: Sharing equipment can be unhygienic as it puts you in contact with others’ sweat, and there’s a potential risk of contracting skin diseases.
